When building our home gym, my husband "needed" a weight bench to complete his gym experience. He was looking for high functionality, I was more concerned with price - so we selected the NordicTrack combination weight bench. It was under $200 which was reasonable based on the benches he was looking at. It was NordicTrack, and a very sturdy bench, which is what my husband was interested in (and being over 300lbs, he needed something very sturdy, especially when adding even more weight using free weights!).

This bench has various incline settings to use for different workouts, and adjusting the incline is fairly easy, you just pull out a little knob, and do a slide/lift maneuver to get the correct angle you desire. It takes a couple of times to get comfortable with adjusting the incline, then it's no problem at all to put the back up and down.

This specific bench also included an accessory to work out your legs, which was good in theory, but we never use it because it is very flimsy when attached. I was disappointed that this wasn't built better, especially being a name brand, NordicTrack piece of equipment, but we had other things to work out our legs, so it really wasn't a huge deal.

The thing that I really like about this bench is that it is pretty comfortable! It is firm, yet has a bit of give to it which makes it easy to lay back and do butterflies (or whatever they're called). It is also a very easy surface to clean, and I love taking a Clorox wipe to it after each workout to get rid of the sweaty ickies!

For under $200, I think this is a good choice for an addition to any home gym.
