I am not a big listener of classical music but I do not dislike the genre. As a matter of fact, I find it enjoyable to listen to classical music especially on manic days. It gives me a certain calm and transports me to another realm where "stress" does not exist.

This Norwegian Classical Favorites double cd came from my blogger pal from Norway. He and his wife was so kind enough to send me thru the post some souvenirs from their country and this classical double cd is one of them.

The selection titles are all written in Norwegian or Swedish (I am not so sure since the cds are made in Sweden) so I do not understand them but some of the pieces are very familiar and I have heard them already. Cd 1 consists of 16 classical tracks and the other cd has 17 tracks.

The pieces are typical classical musics done in symphony orchestra. The clarity of sound of the instruments used are very remarkable. This particular double cd package is recorded well.

It includes a small booklet (again written in foreign language) but I do not know what the booklet is all about.

If played non-stop, this double cd runs for almost 3 hours.

I like this classical cd a lot. I am glad and thankful that my friend gave me this. I feel so honored.
