I give this review at the risk of temporarily losing credibility. Who wants to read about Cod Liver Oil? But, seriously, you should read on!

I went to a naturapath because I was having deep leg pain and my regular doctor had no clue what it might be. The naturapath said right away, " I want you to take a tablespoon a day of Carlson Cod Liver Oil" If I wasn't so uncomfortable at night with the leg pain, I would have probably scorned this advise. But I wanted to see if it would work. It did!!! I am so sold!! In just three days, my legs loosened right up and the pain went way.

Fish Oil is, I'm sure you have heard, really, really good for us. It has the Omega 3 Fatty Acids that are good for heart health. Also, it is great for clarity of mind. This brand in particular, though, is so pure and contaminant free that it makes it worth taking it in liquid form. It does have natural lemon flavor which helps alot, but I always chase it with some fruit juice.

When my mother was a kid, her mom pushed the cod liver oil and, you know, I think that generation was really on to something.

I've gotten used to the taste and will continue to take my fish oil, because the benefits are definitely worth it.
