Image for NVIDIA 9400 GT: Great Value

I recently purchased the NVIDIA 9400 gt from newegg for a small price of 75 dollars, as I found it necessary to upgrade from my 7300 GT in order to play the games that I owned. When I recieved it I installed it into my computer with no issue, and games ran like a beauty and I was able to run games I could not run before. Games like Fallout 3 and Left 4 Dead run well even at high settings. This card is very cool and quiet in comparison to the performance that it brings to the table, and has a low power comsumption for lower end computers. It should however be mention that this card requires a PCI-E x16 slot in order to work, or even be placed in your computer, which may prove problamatic for computers older than 5 years old. My only major stipulation on this card is the fact that the video output nodes are awkward when trying to utilize S-video on CRT televisions when the television is on the left side of your monitor, as the display will be extended to the right of your wallpaper amd not to the left where the television has been placed. Most recent cards have placed the S-video port in the center of the other outputs and let you choose the the other display sits. This card is great for people who need a card that does not have a ton of bells and whistles; Though I myself am lookiung to upgrade to a much more powerful card, as my desire to run pretty games is insatiable
