Foundation Lotions Touch Regenerist Skin

It has been several years since a dermatologist told me how important it is to never leave the house without sunscreen, especially on my face. Since that time I have always used a moisturizer that has UV protection with an SPF of at least 15. This has become part of my daily routine: first, the moisturizer, and then the rest of my makeup.

Recently, when running low on my Olay Regenerist Moisturizer, I was looking for some more to buy but couldn’t find my usual choice. Browsing the shelves, I noticed there was one with a hint of color to it along with SPF 15 UV protection. It is called Olay Regenerist Touch of Foundation.

I’ve noticed that many makeup companies are making moisture formulas with a bit of foundation in them. There is, apparently, new technology that makes the color so light that it actually blends with all skin tones – one color fits all, so to speak.

After a long day on my feet at work, I was too tired to go store to store looking, and I needed it right away, so I bought this product at Safeway even though I have since found it for much less money on Amazon.com.

I really like this moisturizer. The foundation has a smoothing effect and the moisturizer is rich, yet light. It goes on so nicely and blends easily. The bottle seems very small (1.7 oz.), but actually does go a long way. I bought a new bottle thinking surely my current bottle must be nearly gone (the bottle is not transparent), but that was three weeks ago and it is still going. I use it every day, first thing in the morning, but I don’t put it on thick. My main purpose is to add the sunscreen, according to dermatologist instructions.

Olay Regenerist Touch of Foundation is a bit pricey, I guess, but is a quality product and lasts me quite awhile.
