I received a full-sized sample of this free in the mail. Before even trying it, I thought this product was unique. I mean, really. How many lip balms have you seen that are in a big 3-D ball shape? This is the only one I've seen just like this. The flavor I have it in is Sweet Mint. It is unsweetened which is okay in my book because I lick my lips when I taste sweetness. I like to avoid that because it only removes the lip balm. Then the saliva causes irritation to my lips and I have to reapply the lip balm again and it's a whole cycle.

With this, I don't have to worry about those issues since it isn't sweet at all. It is so tingly and minty! Putting it on is like an experience! It is like - whoosh! A blast of freezing coldness swathes you lips in frost.

I think that if you're into that intense cooling sensation this is the product for you. It is definitely noticeable. The balm is a pleasure to put on too. It's moisturizing. It's not too waxy and it stays on the lips for a long time. I personally love the round ball and the way it conforms to my lips. I think it would be fun if the ball of lip balm moved while you put it on, like a roller ball lip gloss does, but the ball doesn't work that way in this. It stays stationary. I like and recommend this lip balm. I see myself wearing this through the rest of fall into winter. Or... until I run out.

Note on some of the ratings: I rated the packaging on the very low side because the 2 pieces of the container don't seem to fit together very well. I can't get them to be flush with one another. I rated the selection toward the middle because Eosphere doesn't come in a ton of varieties. It comes in three types: Summer Fruit, Sweet Mint and Honeysuckle Honeydew. I liked how the Summer Fruit and Honeysuckle Honeydew sound. I'd want to try them next.
