This is by far one of the best programs I've seen out there for "getting ripped". The problem these days with a lot of exercise equipment and instructional ads is they promise all of these results and you look at the effort you have to put in and it just doesn't really push you. That's not the case with this product. This product is one of the most intense you'll find, certainly the most intense video I've seen. The only way you'll get something more intense and effective is hiring a world class trainer to have a program tailor made and push you.

There is one downfall with the P90X system, and that is that in some parts of the DVD's, they are using fixed equipment that 99% of people aren't going to have in their living room in front of their TV's. I'm talking about the pull-up bars especially, which are key. I am a strong advocate of the pull-up bars too, as they are highly effective in upper body training and should be in everyone's workout. But I'm not going to magically mount pullup bars in my living room. Most people will be pausing the DVD, running to wherever they can do pullups and come back, and that really breaks the rhythm of the program.

Overall though, I'd buy it again if I ever lost it. It is the best video workout program I've seen, and anyone who follows this religiously will see results, or else they aren't human. That is with good diet ofcourse.
