I will be the first to admit admit that I not the most technologically intelligent person out there. I know just enough to get me by and I am fine with that. In light of this, the Palm T/X handheld is a pretty amazing product. It has a very large screen that very easy to see and the Palm Operating System is not tricky to navigate at all. This little thing has blue tooth and wi-fi connectivity, which isn't too amazing in today's world but I still think its cool, and 100MB of memory that can be expanded with memory cards. The operating system includes all the basics, such as notepad, memo, calendar, and all that boring stuff, but it also has program to play music, videos, and show pictures. What I like most about this handheld, and what turned me off to handhelds before, is that it is one of the first to have a non-volatile memory. This means that if the Palm's battery dies, you don't lose all your added software, programs, and data. I personally don't see how they could have been produced without this feature in the first place. For ease of use, usefulness, and just plain coolness, it would take a lot to surpass this handheld.
