I stocked up on some Easter goodies and one of the things I purchased was a Palmer Hollow Milk Chocolate Easter Bunny.
The bunny is cute to look at, has colorful eyes and some color in the ears and on the nose. He's holding a pink and yellow Easter egg and has a colorful flower at his feet.
Unfortunately, he looks better than he tastes. I have tried other chocolates that I think are better tasting. He is 260 calories, has 16 grams of total fat, 5 mg of cholesterol, 25 mg of sodium, 31 grams of total carbohydrates, and 30 grams of sugar.
I was disappointed in this bunny, aside from the cute look, and will probably steer clear of this type of chocolate in the future. The taste isn't horrible, it just isn't what I'm looking for in an Easter treat. To someone else it might be fine, it just doesn't appeal to my particular taste buds. It's somewhat chalky and doesn't have the rich chocolate flavor that I would hope to experience.
It would make a cute treat in an Easter basket, but if you are looking for really good, chocolate flavor I would advise you to try some of the other chocolate treats that are available out there.
