This is a panasonic digital 2.4 GHz cordless phone. I purchased this while I was in college in 2004. It was a little pricey for me at the time but it has held up perfectly over the years!

The phone comes in a few colors but I loved the red one. It is a little bigger than most phones but I didn't want something that looked like a cellphone. The antenna is the only thing that sometimes gets in my way.

It has a lot of little extras and of course, caller ID.

The other features include: 39 channel system, 30 number caller ID and memory dialer, shock and splash resistant, handset backlit 3 line LCD screen and lighted keypad, handset locator and wall mountable, speakerphone with volume control, voice mail indicator, 6 ring tones, 50 number directory, headset jack, and a belt clip. Lots and lots of goodies!

Mostly I loved the ring tones and headset when I bought this. I honestly thought that by now, and all the use it has had, that this phone would be long past its lifespan. I was wrong. It is still holding up great.

The only problem I have with this phone is that it doesn't have a huge range. When I am upstairs it will cut off sometimes (beep) to let me know it is close to being out of range. When I was in college and would go 1 level down in the dorm it would completely cut off.

We do plan on getting a new phone soon but only because we want one with more bases. This one still works perfectly! I would definitely recommend this panasonic cordless phone even though it is discontinued now.
