This DVD consists of eight workouts for your abs. Four are moderate, four are advanced. Some of the workouts are eight minutes long, some are nine minutes. There is a woman leading the workout and giving instructions, and there are two other people working out with her. The motivational level is great, and they don't waste any time getting right into the workout, so if you are pressed for time, you will not be disappointed. It's very easy to follow, and the instructor is enthusiastic without being irritating. It's fun to do, and I love that it's only 8 or 9 minutes to commit to, but I got bored after a few months. The workouts just don't seem like much of a challenge, and I need to mix it up more. This is a good one for beginners; it's fun, easy to follow, and even the advanced workouts aren't that difficult. It's a great abs DVD, and I highly recommend it, but if you are serous about toning your abs, you'll need to switch it up after a while.
