Pert Plus is a house hold name. It is a value product that doesn't cost nearly as much as salon grade hair product, but is sufficient for the lesser demanding crowd, such as myself.
I've never understood the reasoning behind two separate bottles for shampoo and conditioner. If you can make it into a 2in1 product, why not always do it? I mean as long as the two hair products do not create some kind of chemical reaction (soap is quite chemically stable, so is vitamin and protein inside conditioners). Pert Plus 2in1 offer. Both conditioner and shampoo are in the same bottle. Saves me 50% of my shampooing time, still gives me satisfactory results. The shampoo also smells great.
Recently, i've grown my hair out quite a bit, and after I finish washing with Pert plus, it feels softer and straighter. I don't know a lot about the biology of hair... but i know mine feels pretty nice after washing with pert.
so I think it's a wonderful product. I recommend it for anyone who doesn't mind saving a few bux to get the 2in1
