I adore this camera. It has some awesome features such as the video feature, it takes high quality videos with sound. It also has many different photo settings including panoramic photos. My favorite feature (and the reason I put up with the troubles I've had with the camera) is the internal battery. The battery comes out of the camera but it isn't a normal battery. You just plug the camera in and it charges. It lasts for what seems like forever. In the past I've had to be constantly charging my batteries because my digital camera would eat through them. The camera also has 6.2 megapixels and a 3x zoom, over all it would get top marks if I hadn't had to return it twice in just over a year.
I received this camera as a gift in December 2006. Several months after receiving the camera I noticed that the photos were developing spots, it was almost like the flash was reflecting off of dust in the air. I finally called HP and they were exchanged the camera after spending 2 hours on the phone trouble shooting the problem. Wonderful! The new camera worked great. 54 days later the camera stopped working. It would take photos but they would all come put black, this time HP wasn't as quick to exchange the camera, instead they told me that because I had not saved all of the paper work that came with the first replacement they couldn't replace it. Finally after sending my situation off to a a higher power, they replaced it no questions asked. While I love the camera I'm a little worried that I will have problems with it in the future and not have any warrenty left. I would definately recommend it but definately suggest that you hold on to all the warrenty papers!
