To start let me say that my wife normally makes some great choices in regards to what baby brands we use for our kids. When CVS brought out their new brand Playskool, she was eager to give those diapers a whirl. We love the CVS brand Explorer diapers and expected nothing less than those. How foolish of us!
First off the Playskool diapers are not as easy to fit on the baby. Their cut is lacking wiggle room.
Then we noticed the baby's bottom was red after just a couple of diapers. By the 10th diaper he had a bright red burning diaper rash. This is a baby who never gets diaper rashes.
We solved that by changing the baby like every 20mins...yeah huge waste of money!
My wife finally ended up returning the remaning diapers after not one but TWO massive poopy diaper explosions within 10mins. The diapers are just not up to par with basic diaper 'holding' standards.
I can say that Playskool/CVS was very accomodating and gave great customer service with a no hassle return.
I try to warn as many people as I can against wasting their money on sub-par diapers when there are so many cheaper and more effective choices.
