We live in an inner city neighborhood where there are lots of fruit trees and home vegetable gardens. Many of our immediate neighbors are from Southeast Asia, and have very different gardening habits. One is they let fruits and veggies drop and rot. This of course attracts all manner of pests who look up from their feast to see who else is offering free food. So, when our home was overrun with ants, I knew I needed help badly. When I spotted roaches streaming from their garden I panicked and ran for Home Depot.Because I'm an organic gardener, I was hoping I could find a natural solution. The sales associate pointed me to Victor Poison Free Ant and Roach Control. Its primary ingredient is mint, a potent insect neurotoxin, that does not harm children, pets or the environment.

I bought it and began spraying all exterior surfaces, including the fence between our properties. It began working immediately, and by mid afternoon, all signs of insect travelling had ceased. But, to be certain, I sprayed all interior surfaces around windows, doors and cupboards with it. The scent is overwhelmingly mint and very very strong. If you are at all sensitive to strong odors, I recommend using a mask, then sitting outdoors for a few minutes until it tones down. Still, if you want a 100% natural, highly effectiove ant and roach killer, give Victor a try.
