Personally, I enjoy the GTO's look and feel because it represents the sleek design a sports car should encompass. The thing I love most of all about this car is the power which is the difference between a sports car and a station wagon. The gas mileage is very respectable based on the V8 engine at about 23 MPG which is good if you have the money to indulge on this car. One thing I did not prefer was the slip in the transmission after so long, instead the transmission had to be upgraded to solve this problem by replacing it with an aftermarket transmission. I do enjoy the power and also the smooth ride which makes the car feel like it is gliding and not dealing with vibrations or other issues. The GTO would not be considered the best travelling car due to the limited room in the back seat and the miles per gallon (MPG). The GTO really makes up for all that by being a potentially great car that has the potential of being customized and taken to the track for a couple of rounds. Overall, I recommend this car to someone who love cars and the style who would like to learn to drive stick.
