It all started out that I needed a hot pink nail polish for a little girls tea party. The only decently priced one I found that was the exact shade of pink I needed was found in the line by Sally Hanson. I had used the Sally Hanson "Hard As Nails" clear coat before, but I had never seen the "Xtreme wear" line before. I loved it! The color was true to the color you see from the bottle. I found it to last forever too. The color is "Hot Pink" and was chip resistant. I liked that the bottle was longer and slimmer than the normal round or square packaging that nail polish comes in. This saved space in my cosmetics drawer.
I feel that Sally Hanson is of salon quality. I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of this product. The polish dried quickly, and lasted a really long time. I was also happy to find a nail polish that I would buy more of. It had been a while since I had bought nail color. I looked through my cosmetics and besides the hot pink color I had brown, light brown, taupe, white, pearl white, and clear. "I am boring", I thought. I found from the little girls tea that I loved putting on bright colors. I thought I would see what feedback I would receive from the brighter shade.
Now, as you will see it the picture, my mom did up the baby's toes too, of course, I had already said not to but that's what grandmas do, and I do think that they looked so cute! I went back to Wegmans' and picked up some more summer colors from Sally Hanson. I got "Mellow Yellow", and "Pacific Blue". I chose the bottles from the back this time because with the Hot pink by the time I had reached home (about 2 min away), it was like the cap had come undone and some nail polish had gotten around the edge of the bottle. Yikes! That could have been messy. Well, I thought maybe someone had untwisted it or something. However, the two new bottles from the back of the shelf had done the same thing. Ladies, this could be messy. I would suggest having the nail polish bagged separately from your other items, just in case there is any leaks. Despite the packaging, I would buy the Sally Hansen brand again.
