I usually thumb through other people's copies of "Prevention", but have not chosen yet to subscribe to it myself. It is not for lack of finding this magazine interesting, because I am constantly looking to find out more ways to improve the health of my family. "Prevention, " created by Rodale Press, which I have ordered a number of health-related books from, is quite informational and lets readers know about such things as healthy nutrition, healthy cooking, weight loss, exercise, useful herbs, vitamins and supplements and more resources to aid people in obtaining better lifestyles, physically speaking. Every issue I've read has always been easy to understand, with simply "lay terms" and very practical advice on how to utilize and apply their suggestions. You can get a subscription for just $12 for 12 issues, plus $4.97 for the cost of delivery. The only drawback you might have is that they may try to tempt you to buy Rodale books. This is probably why I just prefer to read other folks's copies of "Prevention."
