Purchased the coat from Kohls, after a month the zipper broke, Kohls did not have the same jacket in stock any longer. So I contacted the manufacturer Zero Xposure to see about returning to get the zipper repaired.
They advised when they had stock they would send a replacement. After waiting until after summer when then said they would have more stock, the manufacturer representative sent a rude response advising "the are not customer service", "they are a manufacturer and not a store". Offered a jacket not even close to what I originally purchased and then stated "Beggers cannot be choosers". As a consumer this type of response is not acceptable.
Althought the jacket is warm, based on the quality and their response to defective material, I would look to spend your hard earned money on a brand that backs up their workmanship.
Be wary of the quality of Zero Xposure and don't expect the manufacturer to back up their product.
