When my boyfriend and I moved in together, I discovered Rada Cutlery. He had a few knives that had belonged to his mother and I absolutely feel in love with these knives. I just couldn't believe these knives were at least 20 years old.
Rada Cutlery got its start in 1948. Since then, Rada Cutlery has continued to be made in America and comes with a lifetime warranty. Of course, you'll never need the warranty.
These knives are constructed with high quality materials and have one of the sharpest edges available. But, one of the reasons I absolutely love these knives is because they have smooth edges. So many knives today are being made with a serrated edge, which, in my opinion, does not cut as well.
After all these years, those Rada Knives are still being used in our kitchen. A few months back I bought a three piece paring knife set that was just as high quality as the ones that had been bought almost 30 years ago.
