Ra'yoka is a type of martial arts yoga. Yoga poses with a few punching and kicking movements. With this excercise you will be working your entire body, with all over toning in this 52 minute video. Rainbeau Mars is the creator and instructor of Ra'yoka, she is pleasant and not at all annoying like some other instructors. Her instruction is easy to follow, is clear, and involves no fancy footwork, to me that is important because i am 100% un-coordinated, i can follow this video without tripping over myself! I enjoy doing this video and have alot of fun doing the excerises!
I can feel the movements deep in my mid section or core area and hips, my most trouble spots. After one month of doing this video 4 days a week i went down a size in my jeans and lost a few inches off my thighs and hips, my core area is a little more toned and less jiggly but i still have a way to go before i get a flat tummy! I think its really important to follow any workout especially a video that will keep you interested, as you need the extra motivation to continue doing the workouts, i find that in this video!
As a diabetic i am worried about the circulation in my legs, with this workout i feel im helping the circulaion flow with the stretches and slow kicking movements!
