I have been into weight lifting for about four years now, ever since I lost a large amount of weight. It is important to me to keep my muscle mass up so that I can burn a good deal of calories even when I am just sitting and doing nothing. Instead of having 5 different sets of weights that I had to lug around seperately I was on the lookout for a set of interchangeable weights. During my search I came across the Reebok SportPac 25 lb weights.
The Reebok SportPac comes with two dumbbells each one that can be set at 2.5lbs through 12.5lbs, totaling up to 25lbs combined. The different weights are 2.5, 5, 8, 10, and 12.5lbs. The speedpac is contained in a convenient storage tray that allows you to easily change the amount of weight you have it set at. After you set the amount you want you lift up and the weights you don't use stay on the tray in their proper place. Both weights have a cushioned grip so that it's easy on the palms of your hands whie you are lifting as well.
Overall I am very satisfied with these weights by Reebok and I am very glad I bought them. My only wish is that instead of having a total of 25lbs between the two weights, it would be nice if they made a set where each individual dumbbell could go up to 25lbs. I am already lifting 15-20 lb dumbbells at the gym at my work, so these weights are beginning to get too light for me. I guess I will be in the market for a new set of interchangeable dumbbells soon. However, if you are a beginner to weight lifting and are looking for a good set, these are ones would be a great for you!
