Want to try a product that doesn't do anything noticable at all? Have I got the product for you! The Renuzit Aroma Adjustables Long Lasting Air Freshener is truly a waste. I was walking down the air freshener aisle in KMart (an aisle I frequent because of the dogs and cat), and these were on sale. I hadn't really tried one of these waxy air fresheners in a long time and I thought that maybe they had worked on them since last I used one-maybe they work better now. These were on sale and the Lavender and Violet scent really did smell good, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I bout 4 of them to put throughout my lower level of my house-we'll see how they do. I opened them up when I got home-they smelled good-as long as you hold your nose up to them. You can't smell them as soon as you move them six inches or more from your face. Well, I thought maybe as they infuse to the air, the smell would spread a little or at least help to freshen a bit. Wrong again. The smell doesn't go any farther than the six inches from the source. I've had them in my house for about 2 or 3 weeks now and I see that the wax in the middle of the device is waning away, but it really just isn't doing anything but making the area where I put them look more cluttered.
Save your money and get a spray like Oust, Lysol, or Febreeze that really does work. Yes, you have to renew the smell a few times a day if you want your house to actually smell like the product, but at least it does work. These little things were a waste of a buck a piece!
