I travel frequently enough that a hair dryer that is lightweight and compact enough to fit easily into a carry-on bag is an important consideration. The Revlon Soft-Feel Dryer has worldwide dual voltage, so if I travel overseas, I'll be able to plug this hair dryer in without having to find a voltage adapter for it. The Revlon Soft-Feel Dryer has two speed settings: low and high; and two heat settings: low and high. It also has a cold shot button that releases cold air to set the style. The textured grip is very comfortable. The Revlon Soft-Feel Dryer comes with a connector attachment for precise styling and drying, but I find I have better results with my own hairstyle without it.
I am very pleased with the compact size of this hair dryer, the power, the price, and with the overall design of it. I would highly recommend the Revlon Soft-Feel Hair Dryer to anyone who needs a practical, go anywhere hair dryer.
Update On Feb 06, 2011: I'm back to say that this hair dryer officially self-destructed on February 1, 2011, after about 16 months of 5 minutes of daily use. One of the six fan blades broke off inside of the housing, and I honestly don't know why or how that was even able to happen because this hair dryer has never been roughly handled. I'm sorry that I didn't think to keep the warranty or receipt for this hair dryer, if there was one, because I actually liked this hair dryer, but not enough to buy another one. I decided to try a different brand.
