To match the concealer I purchased in this series, I also grabbed the foundation and it was also on SALE! Best of all worlds I do have to say.
Like the concealer, this foundation goes on beautifully and lends a shimmer to the skin that is very flattering. It covers exceptionally well and doesn't weight the skin down at all - it feels so light in fact, that it neither looks nor feels as though you have any make up on at all.
The foundation is in a tube which you squeeze to bring the foundation up into the SoftLuxe(R) brush. The brush is equipped with an "On/Off" twist top to ensure the foundation doesn't dry out. You can apply the foundation just with the brush or you can also use your finger tips.
The foundation is a base of Stone Therapy Minerals, Vitamin C and Antioxidants and works to give your skin a really great glow and look. It is designed not to crease and minimizes any fine lines you may have. Active ingredients include Titanium Oxide and Zinc Oxide therefore if you know you are allergic to either of these components you may wish to stay away from this product - there is a note on the tube that does indicate any reactions the product should be discontinued as some people do have sensitivity to one or both of these ingredients. Also, it should be kept away from the eyes, and if accidently gotten in them, flushed with cool water immediately.
By going to the Revlon site you can check to see what shades the foundation and concealer are available in.
Overall, this is a great product. I've seen it for sale in stores in my area ranging in price from $18.99 to $21.99 but the sale price of $13.97 that I paid via Zellers is by far the best deal I located - it even beat Wal-mart! You can also purchase via Ebay where I located it at a price starting at just $6.99! If you are looking for a chance to use Mineral makeup and you've not had much luck in finding something that is definitely nice to wear, I definitely recommend you give this product a try.
