Foot pain and tension in the feet is a common problem for many people, including me. I have a hard time finding ways to release tension from my body, so I look for things that are specifically targeted to certain areas.

I found the Arch Mate at Walmart and knew I had to give it a try. With my aching feet, I headed home, anxious to see what this thing would do for me, if anything. The price was reasonable and I figured any help would be worthwhile.

I spend a lot of time at my computer, so I sat down in my computer chair, put the roller on the floor and put one foot on it. I began rolling it back and forth and enjoyed the massaging feeling I was getting. There is a raised ribbed area along the center where you place your foot and you can feel this as you roll your foot. The ribbed area is almost 7" wide, so it's wide enough for just about anyone.

The roller comes with an added vibrating feature, which I love. It uses 2 AA batters and is controlled by a button on the end of the roller. When I use that, which is most of the time, I feel a vibration in my foot that adds to the effect of the roller. The feel of the vibration along with the roller is a great combination. There is a humming sound that is heard while using this feature. It's not real loud, but it is noticeable. I recommend that you use it on carpet as the noise might be too much on a hard floor.

All in all, this has been a worthwhile purchase and one I would make again.
