A couple of years ago I switched to Safeco Insurance Company for my car insurance needs. I decided to look for a new insurance then because my rates kept going up for no reason every time I went to renew with the other insurance company. I pay a very fair price now and the amount I pay actually has gone down a small amount.
There were a couple of times when I needed the Safeco services, once when I was on a road trip coming up from Georgia. I was in Virginia and it was in day light just going along my merry way when all of a sudden something hit my back passenger side window. Glass flew all inside the car my friend was sitting back there thank goodness she didn`t get hurt. We cleaned out the glass in the car and taped up the window. When we got back home we called Safeco they were very nice and said we could have called them from where we were and they would have taken care of the repairs . In just two days they had someone come to my house and repair the window. They were also concerned for my friend. The other time I was just driving down the highway when a tractor trailer was pulling on to the highway he was carrying junk cars and something must of flew off of it and hit my windshield. Called Safeco and in just a few days they replaced my windshield even though I had no information on the other vehicle and there was no deductible because I have full glass coverage.
Safeco has been in business since 1923 so it has been around for quite awhile and the way they do business fairly and efficiently and personally.
Safeco also does good things for community's they give grants to non profit organizations and give awards out to volunteers and give moneys to their non profit organizations.
