Wilkins Distilled Water is perhaps the most in demand distilled drinking water in our market. It is recommended by pediatricians for newborn babies until they are about 2 years old.

My doctor recommended it, too. Oh I don't know how many bottles of 5 liters and 6 liters have we bought in all! I like Wilkins for my baby, either giving it as plain water or with her formula mix because it is literally tasteless, just like water should be. I know of another brand of distilled drinking water bottled by a prestigious multinational company here in the Philippines but it smelled and tasted of something that I cannot pinpoint what.

Anyway, the only downside about Wilkins is that it is expensive. It is the most expensive Distilled Water probably in our grocery. So eventually, I settled for a cheaper brand, but my baby was already around 6 months old at that time.

It was only recently that we learned that we could have gotten Wilkins cheaper because they now have refill stations in supermarkets. You just buy their container one time and then get your bottle refilled as needed. It would have saved us about 70% in water expense.

Oh well, maybe for the next baby. It is just good that they opened these refilling stations so that their product can come out cheaper.
