My hubby and I have opened savings account in Mandiri Bank for about five years now. My hubby opened one account because his monthly salary is transferred through this bank. I myself like this bank because the customer service is friendly and warm. Also, interest rates are pretty satisfying so far. We got ATM cards when we opened a savings account. We can choose if we want to personalize the ATM card, like our photo and our name on the card, but we have to wait about two weeks or so if we want to get this kind of card (my experience, it took a month!). Or else, we can choose the express ATM card. This kind of card doesn’t have our photo and our name on it, but just the ATM number (we prefer this kind of card). The bank always has annual prizes, ranging from cars, motorcycles, etc, which is drawn every mid-year (I haven’t got one yet until now lol). When transferring funds to another Mandiri account, in just seconds, the funds are successfully transferred. We can also transfer to many other bank accounts from our Mandiri account, as long as the other bank is listed on the Mandiri bank network list. Overall, my hubby and I are satisfied with this bank.
