My child started these vitamins several years ago and she still takes them to this day. She takes two tablets a day, once a day after a meal. If the child is under 4 take one after a meal. I think two tablets are fine as it's not too many and they're chewable, so your kid doesn't have to swallow them. The tablets are white and speckled with purple and they're shaped like elephants, tigers, hippos, and lions. My daughter likes them.

These vitamins are extremely effective; they have a total of 14 vitamins. Some of them are Vitamins A, C, D, E, and B6 among others. My daughter takes these and she has enough energy to last a whole day! I mean she can't start her day without them; these vitamins are to her like coffee is to adults. These supplements contain soy and fish (cod, pollock, haddock, hake, cusk, redfish, sole, and flounder). If your child is allergic to any of these don't give them these vitamins.

The flavor is sweet and fresh. It tastes like a burst of cherry, a tad of citrus, and a hint of lemon zest. The flavor is half the reason why my daughter takes the vitamins, apart from them giving her energy.

These are good supplements for children who don't eat a regularly balanced diet, but are aren't good for kids with soy or fish allergies.
