I hate doing dishes! The worst part of doing dishes is that I have to touch gross already eaten food or put my hands in dishwater that dirty, discusting dishes have sat in.
Because of my hatefulness towards dishes, I try to buy products that make my job easier or in this sense where I don't have to touch dirty dishes as less as possible.
While in the kitchen area at the store, I found this dishwand made by Scotch Brite. In my opinion, they have made my dishwashing experience at home easier and less gross.
This dishwand comes with a handle that is about 6 inches long and is made out of plastic. There is a cap at the top which you unscrew and put your dish soap of choice in the handle. At the other end of the handle there is a blue "bubble" which is actually the pump. This allows you to press down on it so that the soap will transfer to the pad. Further down, you will find the brush. Now, the one pictured has the scrub brush on it already but you can buy it with just the sponge.
I like to use the scrub better than just the sponge because that means that I don't have to pick up a yucky sponge and use it on hard to remove stains.
I have also used the sponge brush and I don't find that it is as helpful as the brush.
One other good thing about this wand is that it is changeable. This means that when you want to use a new one, you just have to pull the dirty one off and put another one on.
If you are looking for a new scrub brush I would highly reccomend the Scotch Brite dishwand.
