I was looking for a new workout one day and I cam across this one. It was tempting, so I bought it. I had been looking for something that would give me some muscles. Once I tried it, I was immediately sucked into it. The workouts are fairly easy, but it takes practice to get used to the fast routine. It comes with two resistance bands of different resistance levels. I use the red one, which has more resistance. Although, I recommend buying separate bands, since these don't have a high resistance level. I do the whole workout everyday and now I have muscles on my arms and legs. I love it! The abs workout isn't very good, so I just do my own separate abs workout after I finish doing this workout. I especially love the way they sectioned it into five 10-minute sessions. Each session is focused on a particular part of the body. The best part is that they have a burn rep set after each normal rep set. The instructer, Amy Bento, is very motivational. All in all, I recommend this workout. Not only because of the excellent results, but for your health.
