This is a magazine that my wife subcribes to. I picked it up the other day and looked through the pages. I was really impressed with the contents. Not only is it a magazine about fitness, but it has many intersting articles inside on various topics. It has weight loss articles, exercise tips and recipes.
I really love the exercise section that has step by step instructions with pictures. My wife and I tape these pages on the walls while we workout for a quick reference guide. If I keep doing the same exercises over and over again I will get bored with my workouts. This is a great way for me to change up my routine. Some exercises are to be used with equipment and some use your own body weight. I like the fact that you can do these in your own home. You don't have to belong to a gym to do them.
This magazine is not just for women. I think men and women will both benefit from reading this magazine.
