Skullcandy lowrider headphones: Where style, comfort, portability and sound quality meet. Skullcandy is quite well known for their high quality music gear, and that's no exception when it comes to these head phones. The first time I layed eyes upon these headphone, I fell in love with them. I'm was quite ecstatic to see that this style of headphones was beginning to reappear in a durible manner. I was quite eager to put them to the ultimate test the minute I got them. I grabbed my ipod, and began with STYX: Extended versions. I felt like i was in the concert itself. The volume went hand in hand with the quality. Each note was perfect, with no sign of the bass getting ruined. The portability was quite nice too. These headphones fold up to prevent breakage and to save space. Being a girl with an already crowded purse, that was one of my major dilemmas. My purse already wieghs a ton and I don't need extra wieght holding me down. Surprisingly, they were quite light and comfortable. The padding on the top and on the ears was soft and squishy which prevented ears getting sore. These headphones also streched and adjusted for all of those people like me with oddly shaped heads. The only negative comment i would say about this is they categorize on the skullcandy website in the "sport" headphones. I would not advise using these while performing any sort of sport unless your head isn't bobbing around because they do fall off somewhat easily. They become somewhat of a nuisance while running. If you want some "sport" headphones, I would advise buying the ear bud headphones. Same great quality, just in smaller form. All in all, These headphones are a little pricey, but they last long. They're for the people who love to listen to music without disturbances in a quality package.
