When our youngest daughter moved to Florida we didn't take a trip down without my husband lugging his golf clubs with him on every flight. It really was a pain and took up way too much room in our rental car with all the luggage.
Last year at the end of summer he decided to store his clubs with our daughter to alleviate the hassle of bringing them down each trip. He slowly put together a new set of clubs over the winter to play with here in Michigan but now he needed a new bag to put them in.
For Father's day he received this new golf bag from his 2 daughters who love to play golf as much as he does. It was purchased at Dick's Sporting Goods, regularly priced at $159.99, on sale for $89.99 and with a $10.00 Dick's coupon the final price was $79.99.
This Slazenger golf bag which is black with white trim features:
Lightweight stand bag with four-point carry strap
Three garment pockets for rain or cold weather wear
Easy access accessory and golf ball pockets (he needs lots of those)
Fur-lined valuables pocket (I really don't know what valuables he has that would need a fur lined pocket but hey, someone must have needed one for Slazenger to feature it on this bag!)
Insulated cooler pocket (probably my husband's favorite feature!)
Eight way organizer top with full-length dividers for the clubs
Also included is an overstuffed hip-pad support, rain hood, velcro glove strap, towel clip, umbrella slot, and fully molded handle for durability.
Mu husband loves this golf bag. He had it packed and ready to golf within hours of getting it. He plays sometimes 2 to 3 times a week (if I let him) so this bag has gotten lots of use already. He gives it high marks, especially on the carrying weight. Dick's Sporting Goods gets high marks from my daughters for the great price.
