We stayed at the Sleep Inn Midway center in October 2007 prior to our flight out of Midway airport. The hotel is located 2 miles from the airport in a complex of 6 or 7 hotels. We ended up at the Sleep Inn simply because it was the cheapest of all of them. Check in was very pleasant, there is a $10 per day parking charge but I knew that ahead of time and the room was still $75 less than the others.

We walked thru the parking lot, along the Fairfield to the TGI Fridays for dinner, they also do deliver to the rooms if you are looking for that option. Other food choices would require driving up and down Cicero where there were many places to chose from.

The room was 2 full size beds, a desk with a chair and a TV. The bathroom was small with a pocket door that my daughter thought was really fun. The shower is a large walk in with no tub for smaller kids. This is set up as a business hotel but was great for the 3 of us. The room and hallways were very clean, I forgot my comb and the front desk had new ones available for free. The continental breakfast started at 5am and was more than ample with muffins, cereal, yogurt, bagels and fruit juices.

We plan on staying here again, it is an easy drive to the airport and a cheaper but nice place to stay.
