This is a workout video I checked out because my friend mentioned it. It's a workout mixing Latin dancing with intense cardio workout which makes for a great exercise. It is pretty entertaining and it really gets your heart pumping. I was able to get a pretty good workout in the hour I was exercising.
It teaches you Latin dancing which is good if you can't dance. I became much more flexible in movements and was able to move my torso more so than before. It gets you moving all parts of your body and you'll find that you're actually enjoying yourself.
For me, I get bored easily. I can't possibly just pick a workout and stick with it, but this workout is something I've known for over a year now and it's just as fun as ever. It's more a cardio workout than anything else, so you won't be sore at all unlike when you use weights to workout your muscles.
If you're still unsure about this, then that's OK. Many people have loved this workout and here's a bonus for the girls, it burns 1000 calories in an hour. That's about half the day's calories if you eat the minimum recommended. So enjoy!
