I have two teenagers, and they both like to straighten their hair. My oldest, is almost 15 and has very long thick hair. When I would straighten it for her, it would come out looking like someone with straight frizzed hair. I also attempted to straighten my own hair and it just ended up looking like I'd rubbed a balloon all over my head.
I was in Walgreen's one day and saw the Got 2b Crazy Sleek Flat Iron & Blow Dry Lotion. I was surprised to see the word lotion, because it is in a spray bottle. It was on sale so I decided to purchase it and bring it home and see how it worked.
The directions say to spray a fine mist over towel dried hair, blow dry, then flatiron. I'm not that patient and I don't own a blow dryer, so I began by taking sections of dry hair and spraying directly onto those sections before running the flat iron over it. It comes out in a very fine mist and smells good, too. Not only did the hair seem to straighten better, but it also looked shinier. When I was done, she was raving about the difference it made on her hair, so the next day, while nobody else was in the house I decided to give it a try for myself on my own hair. Wow! It worked! Not only did it work and NOT make my hair look like I'd stuck a finger in an electrical socket, but it was shinier and looked so healthy. Three people I saw later on that day commented about how good my hair looked & thought I'd had it dyed or gone to a salon.
I would highly recommend this product to anyone who uses a flat iron and especially if you're as impatient as I am!
