I have had the Sony Cyber-Shot Digital Still Camera, Model DSC-F707, for approximately 5 years, and I absolutely love it. I purchased it at Best Buy for $1000.00. It takes crisp, clear pictures with good color. The battery life is great, and I have memory sticks that are 16MB and 128MB. One funny thing, though. The manual states that the camera has a 5x zoom lens, yet right on my camera in black letters it states 10x. I never noticed this discrepancy before, but the zoom is great regardless of whether mine is 5 or 10. The camera has many great features, takes great pictures in low light and has a really good built-in flash. The body is durable, yet it isn't heavy to hold. One drawback that I have found is that when I use the built-in flash, it takes a little longer than I would like for the flash to charge up again, so you can't take another picture right away. But there is an external flash you can add to the camera which charges more quickly, so that combats the problem. All in all, I've loved this camera the entire time that I have had it. I've read reviews about some problems, but touch wood, I have never had any. This camera has been like my right hand. In fact, I have wanted to upgrade to a camera with more megapixels (this one having 5.0 megapixels), and I haven't been able to find one that I like as much as this camera. I would highly recommend it.
