My cousin bought this Sony Ericsson Sation (Idou) a few days ago. I tried using the Sony Ericsson Satio last night and it is not as good as expected. The Sony Ericsson Sation (Idou) comes with Thin film transistor (TFT) touchscreen of 16M color. The display is really nice. The color and resolutions are very nice too. The display is 3.5 inches which is very good for display for both photos and videos.

The Sony Ericsson Satio comes with auto-rotate function which is not very sensitive. It took around 1 or 2 seconds for it to auto-rotate when I rotated the phone to vertical and horizontal. As for the touchscreen, it is not sensitive. I have to press quite hard to access the features in the Sony Ericsson Satio. The most insensitive touchscreen button is the back key. I have to press several times to go back to the previous menu.

The Sony Ericsson Satio has a 12 mega pixels camera with xenon flash. The camera is indeed very good. I took several photos and it can store the photos very fast. The photos taken are very clear and the shots are steady. The camera is the best part of this phone.

As for the multimedia functions, I tried playing songs using it. The sound quality produced by the Sony Ericsson Satio is good. I did not try playing video using Sony Ericsson Satio. I think that it would be a great enjoyment playing video using the Sony Ericsson Satio.

Overall, the design looks nice and the display is really large. The main problem I have with the Sony Ericsson Satio is the touchscreen which is insensitive if compared to Apple iPhone. All the other functions and features are good especially the 12 mega pixels camera.
