I bought Sorry! for my six-year-old daughter for Christmas, and that is all she wants to play now! The logic of the game is simple enough, you draw cards to move forward (or in some instances, backwards) through the board. You do have to stay in your start bubble until you either draw a one, a two or a SORRY! card. As you move along the board, you are able to bump other players back to their starting space by either landing on the same spot as they are on or by sliding down one of the chutes, and all of the players along that chute go back to start.
For kids, this game is nothing but fun. My daughter laughs every time she is able to switch places with another player (using card 11) or bumps someone back to start. Once she gets into the safe zone, she taunts me relentlessly! I have yet to win a game against her, but I enjoy the fact that we have such a good time playing the game together. It definetely makes for a fun family game night!
