In this review I would like to thank my son's godfather (Airport Reporter Raoul Esperas) for his great accommodation and showing us this amazing island in Biñan, Laguna. Summer is still raging and people are on the look of great place to ease the heat. In that regard, this Splash Island is highly recommended both for local and foreign tourists. The family experienced a complete aqua trills and adventures with those slides and rides jam-packed with an island filled with food stores (local and foreign food), in-house spa and other great amenities.
The Rio Montañosa is a breathtaking mountain high river raft ride that the family enjoys so much. The raging water fills those big tubes where our big boat pass through so fast in left and right directions and a big flash awaits the riders at the end. The boats are filled with handles where riders can hold onto during the ride.
A must-try ride also for those thrill seekers is this Magellan's Drop. It is a sky-high mat-race ride where we lie down our body in a blue flat material and our hands hold onto the hole of it as we slide down drastically.
Their Balsa River enables us to relax while on board of our rubber "balsa" and drift along the gently flowing water that pass through around the entire place.
My daughter and I tried this Big Bam Boo slide. We rode on our rubber "balsa" that looks like number 8, me in front clipping her feet on my armpit (she's a bit nervous, hehehe). The life guard, upon proper positioning, pushed our "balsa" towards this covered tunnel slide straight into a big splash at the end of the ride.
The Agos Grande is where my kids enjoy these big machine-generated waves. They like bumping into those big tidal waves that comes to their direction.
The kids enjoy also the Water Wahoo! interactive kiddie pool. In here, my little boy and girl enjoys different water activities as water sprouts into different tubes and in different forms. Adults can be found in here too as they enjoy the massage of the big waters overflowing in the tubes.
If your kids are slides lovers then the Curl-of-the-Orient, Twin Coco Knots and Bannakita are the places for them. These three provides 3 kinds of slides that even kids can manage themselves with the assistance of 2 lifeguards in the area.
There are other points I may missed because I need to be of assistance to my kids but definitely today is a great and fun-filled day for the whole family. Aside from the great food around the island, they have playgrounds, band performances, Lost & Found, First Aid facility, Gift/Souvenir shop and Locker rentals.
Splash Island is such a perfect place this summer for families, friends and even corporate affairs. If you are interested call 0918-9129177 and 9865058.
