I have so many folders and papers on my computer that I needed something to organize this mess. I was looking in the office supply section at Kmart and found this nifty little black magazine file holder. It was a perfect fit under my computer shelf. I have been able to organize and stack up my folders, legal pads and several other items that were previously scattered on top of my computer desk.

Rubbermaid is a great quality product and very sturdy. The tallest part of the file holder is a solid black color. If you want to make your desk took more tidy then I suggest that you turn it to the front. If you want to have easy access to your files, papers, books.....etc, then have it showing the open side out. The sides of the magazine file folder have cut outs in them. I'm not sure why but they do. I don't really see a need for an opening on the sides of the holder. But as they sit on my desk, I cannot even see the sides, so it doesn't matter to me at all if they are there or not. I have two of these sitting side by side and they have helped my desk to look very organized. It is a tall holder so if you don't have a tall verticle space available it might not fit. My computer shelves are adjustible and hopefully yours are too.

This would also make a great storage area for magazines. The size of a magazine is a perfect fit.

There were no other color choices offered besides the black one. I think the color is perfect and stylish for any desk.
