The Staples Tiriello chair is and has been my favorite chair for several years now for a multitude of reasons, amongst them price, ease of construction, and durability.

Like many office chairs, the Tiriello chair needs assembling, however it doesn't require additional tools. Everything is included, and if you've ever assembled an office chair before this should be second nature and should take less than 10 minutes from start to finish to put together.

The brown microsuede fabric looks and feels good, and as a plus it is quite difficult to stain. The chair has a good curve in the back that makes it comfortable to lean back in. The arms can be attached or not, depending on if you want more space to move around in. The standard pneumatic lift works fine.

I've owned 3 of these chairs. The first I got rid of after a year because I was moving, the second I had to replace because after about 6 months or so when an arm screw broke, but I was able to replace it free of cost because I ordered the protection plan (another $5 or so). The third one is the one I'm currently using. Aside from the arm screw breaking they've all performed wonderfully, and I'm not a small guy. I plop down in the chair and it takes a beating quite well.

This is definitely a chair that's great for someone who will use it a lot, plus if you get the protection plan you can get it replaced no questions asked. It's always been under $100 and this is an excellent value for such a sturdy, comfortable, and good looking chair.
