This movie is 98 minutes and rated R. It is not for kids. It is an adult movie.

The Plot

Step Brothers is obviously suppose to be a silly movie. It stars Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly as two grown men who have always lived with their parents. Brennan (Ferrell) lived with his mom and Dale (Reilly) lived with his dad When their parents meet and get married they are forced to move in with one another and share a room. When their parents decide that they are acting too much like children and need to get a job, they discover that they do have a lot in common and try to work together to get a job and grow up. Through many hilarious job interviews turned bad- they finally destroy everything that they have- find out what happens to Brennan and Dale on their quest to adulthood.

I personally laughed so hard I cried when I first watched this movie. This really is Will Ferrell at his best. I have to warn you that this is NOT a movie for kids and there are a lot of crude jokes and language in their movie. The best scenes are when Brennan and Dale are fighting- a lot of great lines in this movie. If you love crazy, stupid, funny movies like I do then you will love this movie!

My Favorite Quote:

Brennan Huff: I'm not gonna call him Dad.

Nancy Huff: Brennan, you're 39 years old. I wouldn't expect you to call him Dad.

Brennan Huff: Well I'm not going to, *ever*! Even if there's a fire!
