I have very thick and straight hair. I have tried all kinds of hair sprays, both aerosol and pumps. The pumps have never been my favorite because I am quite impatient and just don't like waiting on those types of spray to dry. That's why I always have my Aussie Mega Hair Spray on hand. It lasts me several months since I normally just spray the top of my hair and bangs (when I have them). If I curl the ends of my hair, I will spray some Aussie on the curls too, because my hair is very subject to the humidity here in Florida and curls normally fall out as soon as I walk out the front door. But with our high humidity, I know I can trust Aussie Mega to hold my hair style.
But Aussie Mega Hair Spray keeps my curls locked in and I love it!
I enjoy the sweet smell of this hair spray and it reminds me of candy. I know some people don't like certain scents but I don't like most other hair sprays that are too "chemically scented" or I've even had some that smell like bug spray. But not Aussie.
The can is 14 ounces and the spray allows you to have flexible hair. That means you spray it and can immediately run a hair brush through your hair and style it.
Aussie Mega Hair Spray offers a 30 day guarantee too. It states that if within 30 days you don't like it, you can return it to them with your receipt and allows for one refund per person and household address. So you have nothing to lose if you purchase this spray.
Oh, and it contains NO CFCs, so it won't harm the ozone layer and the formula meets the clean air standards.
Update On Aug 07, 2010: I am a little disappointed in this can because the sprayer stopped working and I hardly used much of this spray. It isn't clogged in the plastic sprayer tip, but I think because of the high gluing effect it has, it must be clogged inside the can. This means I may not be able to use it any longer but I am determined to try to fix it. I hate wasting it by throwing this out, but it might be my only choice unless I can find a long enough object to shove down into the sprayer piece and try to keep the liquid from coming out. This should be fun.
