I have two little girls who both have long thick hair that tangles easily. When my youngest, who is three, kept crying because of all the tangles in her hair, I knew I had to find a good detangling shampoo. I have found over the years that you don't have to buy expensive products to find a "good buy". I often use Suave products myself and have found most of them to work very well.
The detangler I bought was not expensive, which is good because I am on a tight budget. The scent is Wild Watermelon and it smells great. It is also tear free- which is a must. I have to say though, I was a little disappointed the morning after I first used it. When I started brushing my five year old's hair for school, her hair was just as tangled as ever. I had used detangling sprays on them before and they worked better. Maybe the shampoo just doesn't work as well as the spray? What ever the reason, I will not buy anymore of that particular Suave product.
