A few months after I gave birth, I wanted to lose the pounds I gained during nine months of unlimited eating. hehe I knew that the no-carb diet for 2 weeks works for me just to be able to lose the initial poundage and to jumpstart my metabolism.
No carb also means no sugar. Yet I had to have my coffee. And so I looked for a sugar-free coffee that is right for my taste. I have tried several brands until I finally settled on the sugar free San Mig Coffee 3-in-1 Original (Original, because there are the Strong and Mild variants).

It gives me my caffeine boost and yet keeps the sugar at bay. I drink a cup in the morning and one in the afternoon. It keeps me going and keeps me from craving carb rich foods. I don't know why and I am not sure if this is scientific but coffee does keep me from craving other foods. Maybe it is my comfort food.
