I have owned my Sunbeam Electric knife for probably 10 years and it still works as good as new! This knife can be used on any food item you would normally use a regular kitchen knife on, but we use it mostly to carve chicken and turkey. I have used it a few times to filet fish and it is the perfect knife for slicing bread.
The knife is lightweight and has an easy to hold handle. There are two serrated stainless steel blades that move back and forth making the job of cutting almost effortless. The blades are removable with a press of a button for easy cleanup and pop back in place, similiar to the blades on a mixer. I have never had this knife sharpened and it still cuts as good as new.
I probably should use this knife more than I do, but for most of my cutting needs it's just quicker to grab a knife out of the drawer.
