I do weight training and I wanted a protein supplement, so I purchased the Whey Protein Powder. I buy either Chocolate or Chocolate Peanut Butter. Both taste great. Sometimes we don't get enough protein in our diets and with this you can take it with you to work, school, on the road. All you need is some water with 1-2 scoops of whey protein powder. It's that simple.
After using it for several weeks, I have gotten a chance to try it with fruit, by making a smoothie. I also will pour a little over my oatmeal in the mornings. I put 2 scoops of whey protein powder in my shaker and I take it with me to weight training. After my training, I just fill it up with water from the water fountain and I'm good to go. It's great after a hard work out. I also love mixing a scoop in with my soy milk, and a 1/2 tbsp of honey.
Since I've been taking Whey Protein Powder, I have noticed results in my strength and muscle gain. The flavore is great and the price appears to be a good deal. Although, some may say the container has shrunk, and yes it has, but the same amount is still there. I noticed that the container before was only 1/2 full and it would make people think they were getting ripped off and now that the container is smaller, it takes up less room in my cubbard and it's easier to store.
I feel that this is a must buy product for people who need protein in their diets but don't eat a lot protein and for people who want results with muscle gain.
